AREAS OF PRACTICE Adam Horner is a civil litigator, who focuses his
practice on professional liability, construction, land use and development, and
general commercial disputes. He represents design professionals, bankers, corporate officers, contractors,
developers, and other companies in
litigation and arbitration in North and South Carolina.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Adam graduated from
the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in 2004. While
in law school, he was Notes and Comments Editor of the Campbell Law Review and a
member of the Order of Barristers. He received his B.A. in history from the
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001.
Adam is admitted to
practice in state and federal courts in North and South
Carolina.
