Representation of clients in business disputes, including breach     of contract actions, claims involving non-competition     agreements, theft of trade secrets and other forms of unfair     trade practices, lender liability claims and shareholder litigation Construction disputes, including mediation, arbitration and     litigation representing owners, contractors, subcontractor and     design professionals.   Alternative dispute resolution mechanisms representing     clients as well as serving as the neutral.  American Arbitration     Association commercial panel of arbitrators and construction      mediator.  Certified superior court mediator thru the North      Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission; Certified mediator     for the United States District Court for the Western District     of North Carolina.
