Prior to joining HMSSM, Mr. Rosenwood was an associate with the litigation team at Moore & Van Allen, PLLC, with a practice focused in commercial litigation and federal criminal defense. Before that, Mr. Rosenwood interned in the legal department of Virgin Atlantic Airways in their Crawley, U.K. headquarters.
Representation of developer in 1300 acre project involving property acquisition, contract negotiation, litigation matters and lien issues.
Representation of numerous architectural firms in multi-million dollar complex construction litigation claims involving water intrusion and mold.
Representation of major engineering firm in litigation over alleged coating failures at condominium building.
Served as court-appointed co-counsel in the Western District of North Carolina in a highly publicized landmark criminal trial.

PROFESSIONAL, CIVIC AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT |
Mr. Rosenwood is an Associate Member of the American Council of Engineering Companies of North Carolina (ACECNC).
Mr. Rosenwood also serves as a mediator for the Mecklenburg County Bar handling fee dispute complaints, is a member of the Capital Post-Conviction roster for the North Carolina office of indigent defense services, and a panel attorney for the Western District of North Carolina handling court-appointed work for indigent criminal defendants accused of federal crimes.
Mr. Rosenwood is also actively involved in bar association activities, having served as a judge in the Western Regional Moot Court Tournament for the Young Lawyers Division of the North Carolina Bar Association, and as a weekly lunch buddy in the Mecklenburg Bar Association's Devonshire School Partnership Program, as well as being involved in a significant amount of pro bono activities and accepts court-appointed work for indigent criminal defendants.
