Representation of developers in all stages of finance negotiation, land acquisition, project team assembly and management, and construction and sales.

Representation of architects, engineers and other design professionals.  Preparation and negotiation of contracts and advising clients on risk allocation and insurance issues in the contracting process and during design and construction phases.

Mr. Rosenwood was honored in 2008/2009 as a "Young Gun" in Business North Carolina's "Legal Elite" selections and as a "Rising Star" in the North Carolina "SuperLawyers" selections.

Prior to joining HMS, Mr. Rosenwood was an associate with the litigation team at Moore & Van Allen, PLLC, with a practice focused in commercial litigation and federal criminal defense. Before that, Mr. Rosenwood interned in the legal department of Virgin Atlantic Airways in their Crawley, U.K. headquarters.
