Jon Adams' practice focuses on commercial litigation.  He represents businesses and individuals in state and federal court litigation and arbitration.









Mr. Adams advises and represents clients on a wide range of issues, including:

Breach of contract disputes Labor and Employment matters Securities disputes and FINRA arbitrations Tort actions arising out of business relationships Debtor / Creditor Issues  Landlord/Tenant disputes Copyright infringement matters Appellate practice

 Mr. Adams is also a Certified North Carolina Superior Court Mediator.
