AREAS OF PRACTICE

Debtor/Creditor Law  Has represented trustees and receivers in bankruptcy,     creditors' commitees, debtors in complex Chapter 11     proceedings, unsecured creditors and secured creditors. Has appeared in Bankruptcy Courts in Florida, Georgia,     South Carolina, Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia,     Delaware and New York.  He is a frequent lecturer on Insolvency topics.  Extensive experience in litigating preference and     fraudulent transfer claims.
